Where do you ship?

We currently ship Worldwide.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on all orders, no matter your location—no minimum spend required!


How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

    • UK: 3–6 business days (Total: 4–9 business days from order date).

    • Rest of the world: 4–7 business days (Total: 5–10 business days from order date).

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier logistics.


Do you offer returns?

Yes. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

How do I request a return or refund?

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away at support@norteqcl.co.uk with photos and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if needed.
